Structure

The Board of Directors of Simplex is responsible for the overall business strategy and governance of the company – including the ongoing development of our Corporate Governance Guidelines and Corporate Citizenship polices. On a day-to-day basis, the Executive Management Team provides the operational management and leadership of Simplex.
