Simplex was incorporated in 1993 and quickly became a leading European consultancy for STP and business process re-engineering, in both banking and securities. The company then moved into two specialist areas; payments and post-trade processing, and in 2003 was awarded ‘SWIFT Service Partner’ status by SWIFT.
